Lovely all cotton black mourning petticoat from the Edwardian era. The black tie for the waist broke so it has been replaced by me with some brown elastic (easily replaceable).
condition: has a few imperfections (all pictured)
measurements: this skirt can fit an array of sizes because of the adjustable tie.
