This is a perfect light weight cotton top from the 70s made by Irene Kasmer Inc. California. There is no material tag on this blouse, but it feels like 100% cotton. It is semi sheer with white chain stitch embroidery at the chest. There are 8 buttons up the front with a stretch elastic waist. Long sleeve with buttons at the cuff. Beautiful lace accents around the neckline, chest and hem of blouse.
