Museum piece here ✨ Elaine Post has a sister jacket to this one in the Met gala. This jacket is from the 60s possibly the 70s- Elaine Post went out of business in 1972. I believe this was the motorcycle jacket.
this jacket features bright neon color satin fabric with a snap closure up the front. Talon zippers at the side pockets. Two chest pockets with snap closures. Double snaps on the bottom hem to pull in.
condition: crazy good condition for this piece. There is some faint discoloration on the satin- take a look at the last photo of the sleeve. There is one small scuff in the satin on the front shoulder (second to last photo). Snaps and hardwear are in excellent condition.
