1940s Rhinestone Bias Cut Brown Velvet dress
1940s Rhinestone Bias Cut Brown Velvet dress
Absolutely adore this gown from the 40s. Crushed velvet bias cut gown with a draped bodice featuring the sweetest rhinestone accents around the wide neckline. The skirt is meant to drape on your body like silk while also very wide and flow-y towards the bottom of the skirt. No closures on this gown- it is slip on.
condition: this dress has an Interior net bodice that has a rip in it- it should be repaired or replaced as it is fragile. The netting does not affect the outside of the fabric but it does help keep the sleeves in place. Price reflected. Otherwise good structural and cosmetic condition.
measurements: best for approx size small
shoulders: netting inside approx 15”-16”
chest: netting inside: 34” max
sleeve length: 25” (but worn up since the sleeve balloons)
